Yarn Nut Shipping Info and Policies.

We ship orders Monday through Friday. It can take up to 48 hours for an order to be shipped from our warehouse, but we normally ship within 24 hours of order placement. Most packages are delivered within 2-7 business days.

We ship via United States Postal Service. As of 7/13/20, real time shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. The free shipping on 8 skeins or more promotion has expired.

Shipments within the United States and it's Territories & Military APO, FPO, etc.

USPS First Class Parcel Select Mail

USPS Priority Mail (approx. 1-4 days for delivery after leaving warehouse depending on order destination). Most packages are delivered in 1-3 days. But this is not a guaranteed shipping method and delivery times can take longer than 4 days, especially during peak mailing times or during inclement weather.

Please note that many times Priority Mail is the same price or just slightly higher than Parcel Select mail.

US Postal Service Express Mail-Guaranteed one day delivery to some locations, two days to others. Express mail shipments can be delivered on Saturdays at no extra charge since Saturday is a normal mail delivery day for the US Post Office.

All Express Mail shipments will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the post office will leave a notice and you can pick the package up at the post office, or arrange to have it re-delivered. If the package is not claimed, it will be returned to us. When we receive the package back, a refund will be processed for the items ordered. Shipping charges are incurred by us and will not be refunded for unclaimed or undeliverable packages 

Shipments Outside the United States

Delivery times may vary on all shipment destinations that are outside the United States. Customs procedures in various countries can vary and packages can be delayed in Customs. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates for shipments outside the United States.

We may request a signature upon delivery for any order at our discretion.

 All packages are insured. If an insurance claim becomes necessary, the Post Office will require a written letter from receiver stating that the order was not received. If we do not receive this letter, we cannot process an insurance claim and therefore cannot issue a refund for a lost package or a shipping refund on a late, guaranteed delivery shipment.

All shipments made by the US Postal Service are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those companies. BodySparkle cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, disasters or other service interruptions that are beyond our control.

Please be sure enter the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. Include Company Name (if applicable), Apartment number, Suite number, etc. Body Sparkle is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
