Vintage Copper Coffee Gregorian Solid Hammered Kettle 12" tall-Made in USA

This collectible copper coffee pot is has two handles, one on the side and one on the top. It is about 12" high including the top handle. The pot itself without the lid is about 8 inches high. This copper kettle is 8.5 inches in diameter at the bottom. It is in very good condition, no dents or scratches. The top fits beautifully and top handle moves well. There are some minor color discolorations, but this is not unusual with vintage metals. We have not made any attempt to clean this piece other than to wipe off the dust. Wonderful piece of collectible cookware.

We have been unable to find an exact date of production for this item, but we are guessing in was made in the 1960s.

P. R. Gregori and his brother Fred started Gregorin Copper in 1946 in Southern California. They sold the company to Sunbell Copper in 1968.

This gorgeous hammered solid copper coffee has the Gregorian factory copper foil label on the back as well as a "Solid Copper, Made in the USA" sticker.

This copper pot would make a great addition to any vintage copper collection, or it would be great to use for camping to boil water over an open fire if you would like to use it.
